Estoria
A visual story-mapping tool for writers, novelists, screenwriters, storytellers, and everyone in between. Arrange chapters as cards on an infinite canvas, map scenes and timelines, track characters and worldbuilding, start from well-known story structures, plan multi-book series, and bring in an existing draft with AI-assisted import. Write the manuscript in the app itself, with each chapter's beats in a rail beside the page, then export it as a standard-format .docx. Local-first, no backend. Built with React, TypeScript, and Zustand.
View projectPace
A pace calculator that measures the rate you actually work at instead of the one you claim, then shows the finish date it implies beside the date you were aiming for. It logs one number a day, keeps a calendar of every day since you started, and prices each choice you could make in days: skip a week, add a session, or show up daily for less. A head start field lets you pick it up partway through a project without corrupting the projection. Any unit works. Local-first, no backend. Built with React and TypeScript.
View projectDRIFTS Calculator
An interactive calculator that quantifies the hidden cost of inaction in product and delivery teams across six categories (Decision Drag, Rework, Invalid Assumptions, Fragmented Priorities, Technical Debt, Slow Feedback). A live spider diagram, a capacity-pool cost model bounded by team payroll, contextual "did you know" nudges, and fully tunable assumptions. Single file, no backend.
View projectUnifyCRM
A prototype constituent relationship management system built for nonprofits. Tracks constituents, donations, and volunteer hours, with a self-service kiosk check-in feature and built-in reporting tools.
View projectCustomer Health Score Dashboard
A single-file CSM portfolio dashboard for tracking account health, renewal risk, and expansion signals. A configurable weighted scoring model, per-account detail panel with real-time sliders, renewal date tracking, and CSV import/export. No backend required.
View projectReader Type
A book quiz that asks about you rather than your bookshelf. Twenty four statements on a five point agree scale build a profile across ten dimensions, matched against sixteen genres. You get a genre, three books ordered to suit you, and the two next closest genres with their own shelves.
